Aus welchem Material sind eure Produkte?
Our fabrics are made from recycled fishing nets and from recycled PET bottles which where rescued from the sea and from landfills. They are being recycled and woven in Italy and guarantee super high quality and a very long wearability. The production process (compared to non-recycled fabricss) safes water, CO2 and crude oil.
Where do you produce?
We love surfing and are big fans of Portugal - that's why we decided to have our clothes produced in Portugal as well. They are designed in Berlin. Our entire value chain is located in Europe, from the thread of the fabric to the finished product. The fabrics and our tailoring follow the OekoTex 100 standard.
I miss a specific design - is it going to be in stock soon?

Noooo. We used to. But unfortunately Corona made it impoosible to keep it.
2. Questions regarding my order
How do I redeem my voucher code?
The voucher can be entered in the shopping cart under "I have a voucher", but will only be charged on the last page, so do not be surprised if the total amount does not change at first. We safed the best for last! If there are still problems though, please contact our customer service and we will be glad to help you! firstname.lastname@example.org
My parcel has not arrived yet! What can I do?
Within Germany we can normally ship your wanted products within 1 or 2 days. Shipment to foreign countries can take a bit longer, especially to Switzerland.
Should your parcel sit in the parcel centre not moving for a week, please contact our customer service and we will be glad to help you!
Where to return my order too?
In the unlikely event that you do not like your order so much, you can return the items to us within 14 days, stating your order number and the reason why to the following address:

Please make sure to write "Rückware" on it for returns from Switzerland - these are free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot completely rule out the possibility that a shipment will end up at customs.
It doesn't fit perfectly - how can I exchange something from my order?
Of course, we want your Badaga order to fit perfectly. If this is not the case, you are welcome to send it back to us with a small slip of paper with your order number, your name and the request for your exchange.
Within Germany, we take over the return and new shipping once. To receive a return label, please send us a message to email@example.com. From abroad you pay the shipping back to us, but we will take care of the new shipping.
